Who loves pizza… I do I do…who loves pizza… I do I do!! Pizza is one of those meals that will probably always be a cheat for me. If I’m choosing to eat badly it’s going to involve pizza or brownies or both. This pepperoni chicken is (again) SO easy and really satisfies my need for pepperoni and red sauce!
Pepperoni Pizza Chicken
When I was prepping my freezer meal for this week using my freezer meal theory I was so happy to make four pans of this in only 22 minutes. 22 Minutes and I am DONE cooking for the week and ready to enjoy some wonderful meals with my family!
Lay out your 9×13 pans and put your boneless chicken breasts evenly in there. Next, you want to cover this chicken with pizza goodness. Start with your sugar-free sauce I use the Aldi brand. After the sauce is spread around you can cover it with your favorite cheese. I used mozzarella. For me, pizza isn’t pizza without pepperoni but at this point in the recipe, you could top this chicken with ANYTHING that you love on your pizza. For my family, I just did pepperoni and then sprinkled each one with Italian seasoning.
I like to call Italian seasoning my secret ingredient because when I started making home made pizza it was just so so…then came the secret… add that Italian seasoning to the top and suddenly my home made pizza was the best thing my family has eaten. Now I use it on SO many things like omelets, manicotti, and so much more. It is love!
You can now freeze these for your weeks to come. When you are ready to use it just thaw it and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. You can also broil it for a few minutes at the end to make the top crispy.

- Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning
Instructions

Place your chicken evenly into the pan.
-
Cover the chicken with sauce and your favorite pizza toppings. I usually just do pepperoni but you could do sausage, peppers, olives, onions, pineapple, ham, etc.
-
After your Chicken looks like a wonderful pizza you will want to sprinkle it with Italian Seasoning.
-
Freeze. When you are ready to eat thaw and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
