What can be better than having your freezer stocked? It’s even better when you can stock it by cooking one day week and doing it for less than an hour of your time! This recipe brings great taste along with it being super easy and having quick prep.
I based this recipe off this Best Baked chicken recipe but tweaked it a little to fit my THM needs. Keep reading for my Trim Healthy Mama (THM) version and my creole seasoning recipe because I don’t keep that on hand.
TEN MINUTE CHICKEN
8-10 Chicken tenderloins (any chicken that you like will work, for my family tenderloins are easy and the right size)
Sauce:
1/4 cup monk fruit syrup (if you do not have this you could also use 1 1/2 T super sweet) or maple syrup (for non-THM friends)
2T Apple cider vinegar
1T ground mustard
1t minced garlic
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1t creole seasoning (1t of each garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, 3t salt, 4t paprika, 5t Italian seasoning. This makes a larger batch but you only need 1t of it prepared).
Mix sauce together and pour over raw chicken! That’s it’s! Yup! Freeze it (yes raw). When you are ready to cook thaw it and bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes. Make sure to baste with sauce each time you check it. Enjoy!!
This recipe takes ten minutes to make one but it honestly does not take more than 15 minutes to make four pans of it. Make them up quick and you can be done cooking for the week! Wondering how that can be true?

Join me again on Friday for the jar salad of the week. It’s my favorite one so you definitely do not want to miss it!
