Creamy Broccoli Slaw Jar Salad- THM S
This salad is so great to take to a potluck but is also a filling and healthy lunch. I love to take these to the pool and my kids love them also. We often use them as a side at dinner. One jar is enough for our family of 8 to each have a little portion. For this salad, you need to mix the dressing ingredients together first and then you just load it into the jar as listed. Make sure to pack it full as that broccoli likes to leave pockets.
I bought 2 lb bags of broccoli from Sam’s club thinking I needed a ton and I bought WAY too much! You will want to break the pieces smaller even if you use florets. I also cheated and used real bacon bits if you can find them without any added yuck it’s a nice way to speed up the process.
