Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Buffalo or hot sauce I use the Aldi brand
  • 10 Mission Low Carb Tortilla Shells
  • Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine your chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce in a crock pot.

  2. Cook 4-6 hours and then cool slightly.

  3. Shred and combine and then spoon 2 Tablespoons of mix into your tortilla shells.

  4. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Top with cheese for last 10 minutes.
