Chesey Ham and Broccoli

Cheesey Ham and Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Lowfat Greek yogurt or Lowfat Sour cream
  • 2/3 Cup Almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese green can kind
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast Optional
  • 2 2/3 Cup Water
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Uncooked brown rice
  • 2 Bags Frozen Broccoli Can also use fresh 3 cups
  • 2 Cups Extra Lean turkey ham I get mine at Aldis

Instructions

  1. Combine Yogurt, almond milk and parmesan cheese.

  2. Combine all the rest of the ingredients and then cover with the cream sauce.

  3. Top with Nutritional yeast for some extra flavor!

  4. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
