Creamy Ham and Broccoli Casserole

This is for one 9x13 pan

Ingredients

  • 16 Oz Cooked Noodles I used Dreamfields
  • 2 Cups Frozen Broccoli
  • 2 Cups Chopped Boneless Ham I like to use the Aldi extra lean Turkey ham
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter softened
  • 1/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. I started by cooking my noodles in my Instant Pot you can also do them on the stove.

  2. Before they cooled I added the cream cheese, almond milk, and butter.  This made it easy to mix up because everything was warm.

  3. To the pasta, I also added the seasonings and shredded Cheese.  

  4. Add Broccoli and Ham to the pasta and mix it all up!

  5. Dump it into your freezer pans and let it cool before freezing.  

  6. Once frozen to cook it you need to thaw and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
